Gap sale certainly seems to be on, but it's patchy. I was in their store in Birmingham Bullring yesterday and there were loads of really good reductions. Unfortunately the people I needed presents for were with me so I couldn't buy there and then, so figured I would get them today when on my own. However the sale in the Oxford store is almost non existant - scarves seem to be half price but nothing else is marked down.

Boots start their 'Janurary' sale on the 23rd.  Don't know if it is online only though.

My Daughter works in Boots, they have been told the sale starts on the 27/12/04. The opticians part has already started their sale and have brought their prices into line with Specsavers - all glasses now have an "all-in-one" price.

Next Clearance shop in Nottingham is doing a Winter Sale at the mo.

the way it works is there is a max price for everything e.g. £9 for all bottoms

however, the prices on the tags are nothing like what the tags say - you have to take them to the till (its quite odd)

eg m jeans were marked at clearance £19.99 - went through the till at £4.

I beleive there is the below code 4324 to give you 10% off below products:
