  • Marks and Spencer lifestyle store, Gateshead have a proper sale. I called in this morning and they have taken 30% off already discounted stock. Bookcases, desks, lamps etc where £150-£300 now as low as £9. I bought quiet a few things but my best bargains were two ceramic lights reduced from £20 to £1 (minus my 30%, only 70p!!).
  • Lakeland Limited are having a sale online and I presume instore. lakeland limited

Many thanks for that - the Lakeland sale is usually good and I was having a look at their site last night but couldn't find anything so it must have gone live today.

By the way, your link above contains a session id - I keep finding things in my basket that I didn't put there! :o   [ Squeegee Off ; Micro Flatmate™; 3-Tier Boot Rack; Compost Scoop ..]  ;D You might want to edit the link to just:  http://www.lakelandlimited.com - there is a link to the sale from there.

Thanks again though,  have been waiting for this one. Update - ended up going to the Lakeland shop in Edinburgh when I was in town - they have a lot of food etc that is not in the online sale - reduced to half price.

Also, the Traidcraft (Fair Trade shop) sale is now on with over 100 items reduced:

(With the added benefit that small scale producers in some of the worlds poorest countries get a fair price for their goods - Plus many of the items sold at Traidcraft are made by people in countries affected by the Tsunami disaster, so in an indirect way your purchase will also help the economies of these countries. You can also use the advanced search link on Traidcraft to find products by Country of Origin)

Complete rubbish, compaired to last year, when they were putting Cd's on the shelves for £2,to be removed by customers just as quickly.
This year nothing that can't be purchased just as cheap on the net.
