  • i did some surveys that did not show up on my account so i emailed them, got a reply pretty quick, saying something like they're not their own surveys, but of partner sites, and they'll show once they've been completed. hope they're right

They said that to me too, so I've sent myself an email with details of the survey in it every time I take one now, just in case... will just have to wait and see.

It's nothing fancy, nothing through their site or anything - just sending myself a normal email with a note of the date I did a survey, what the survey was about and how much it was worth. Just in case it never shows up as pending, then at least I can remember to email Surveyhead and ask about it if it doesn't show up as paid after a few weeks!
  • Thank you Thriftymanc, for the kind reply :A

I would recommend none of us doing any more 49p surveys until someone gets one appearing in their rewards section, as pending at the very least. I haven't bothered with them as yet, although I did a couple at the higher rate of 64p - those appeared as pending immediately the same as any other survey so I am a little wary about nobody having these completed surveys show up on their account as normal (pending). I'll keep an eye out for someone posting that one of these surveys have actually appeared on their Rewards list but until then I will leave well alone ;o)

I have emailed them about this, I have done 3 of these and yet to see the points appear. They replied saying some of their clients don't want it to appear till they have all the surveys complete. I told them they should at least make it pending and make that a requirement for any client using their system, they can cancel the pending and move to invalid if they really want too.

  • I received my first payout today - I requested it around the middle of December, so it came quicker than I expected but still stupidly slow compared to Crowdology.

They've stopped inviting me to surveys altogether now, none of my pending surveys are turning to paid, and they aren't responding to my emails now. Flipping typical.

    from my experience thrifty...

they rarely invite me to surveys

    I rarely qualify for surveys

Surveys take ages to be paid

    BUT,
I have just requested payout and they said it would be in my paypal soon.
