Don't use this survey company. I have been a member for over 2 years. I finally reached the payout limit and sent my request to be paid by PayPal. After a couple of weeks I got the following email:
"We have reviewed your recent Paypal request to cashout funds from Surveyhead. Due to irregularities in your account, your cash out request has been denied. Unfortunately this decision cannot be overturned and is final. The reason for this decision most likely relates to a violation of the Surveyhead terms and conditions".
Nothing I have ever done violates their terms and conditions. I am not the first person this has happened to. They are simply a scam company. Once you want to cashout, they simply won't pay you.0 -
I have been with them since March 09 and earned £230 with them, never had a problem with them not paying out. I think alot of the people that had this have been fibbing to try to second guess the surveys. I once misclicked and said I was female not male , one of those rare click answer auto move on ones. I got the the end and completed it they just invalid that survey so I didn't get the 64p which is fine.
The problem they seem to have is very slow at replying to emails.
The fact it took you 2 years to reach their $25 payout is rediculous, I complete at least 10-15 surveys a month and some are over $1 so I get the payout ever 4-5 weeks. I have had 11 succesful payouts usually around £21 a time.
This is the address of the site I use http://www.surveyhead.com not co.uk. So if you been using the Co.uk site you might have been taken in with a spoof site.
Investigating both sites, co. uk and com have different US addresses. co.uk was registers in feb 09 where .COM was registered Dec 07. The co.uk site was registered using godaddy.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740 -
visit the site everyday. There is usally a 1 dollar/66pence survey each day. I usally make about 3-4 pounds a week, so thats about pay out every 4-5 weeks
true but what % chance does it show for you qualifying?
a lot of mine are 20-50% i tend not to bother with the 20% ones.2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,0 -
I think they sit around 25% for the $1 surveys but you get kicked out pretty quick so not much of a problem. The other surveys that pay more vary. I try them even if kicked out , I got a £10 survey which was at 8%, also any you try and fail gets you an entry to the $5000 prize draw, Ok slim chance to win , but still better than not doing. I also think you get sent more surveys if you are willing to try the ones you not qualify for.Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £5740

Surveyhead are one of the best survey panels I belong to, and I belong to a lot, lol! I earned my first £18 within not much over a month, things have slowed down lately as they have with many other survey panels (presumably the recession is biting) but the only problem I had was they paid me late via Paypal and, yes, they are a little slow at replying to emails but they DO reply (this is not unusual with many of these panels anyway - think how many members they must have in total), the Paypal problem was a general one and they did send us all an email to let us know the payments would be late.
You do need to visit the site for surveys, whilst they do sometimes send you a link you won't do very well like that. Percentage chance of acceptance makes no odds, you might well fit into the group of people they are looking for on only a 10% chance - how will you know if you don't try? Surveyhead are one of the better panels for not asking you piles of questions before screening out so I don't have problem with sparing a minute or two to see if I am suitable for any of their surveys.
I have no idea what your problem is with Paypal as it is far better to get cash, which is what it is given you can either spend it from your Paypal account OR as another poster has said transfer it free of charge to your bank account/card/whichever you have registered with them, than vouchers which can only be used at one retailer. The best thing I ever done online for shopping was open a Paypal account, I use it whenever I have the option and won't use some retailers at all (usually small unknown ones) if they don't take it. Don't know about you but I'd rather give my bank details/card details to one reputable organisation than a load of possibly dubious ones, plus you have protection with them if you don't get your goods from a retailer.
The address I use for Surveyhead UK is www.surveyhead.co.uk/dashboard.php - this takes me straight to my list of available surveys on the site and is the address I have been using all along. www.surveyhead.com sounds like their US or international site to me.
Hope this helps ;o)2020 Wins:

I just signed up as I'd not heard of them before. Just a note, it says on the homepage that you get £3.50 for signing up but you don't, you actually get $5.00 which is showing up as £3.14 in my account.0

All survey payments are shown in both dollars and pounds, and their Rewards tabs is very useful as it shows you how much you have earned (credited), how much you have pending and how much you still need to cash out. There is also a very clear list of surveys done and their status, completed or pending. All surveys completed appear in the list immediately together with the date, some other survey panels could take a tip out of their book with this (you listening IPSOS?). Fill in all your profiles as you will get more available surveys and you even get paid a small amount for each one. This site also seem to be paying about the best amounts for surveys at the moment, I've noticed a lot of the others have reduced money/points paid for surveys over the last 12 months.
It is essential though that you take time to visit the site yourself for surveys as they rarely send you emails, I'd wondered why I was hardly getting any surveys from them and visited the site - I had 8 surveys waiting and got accepted for 4 of them!2020 Wins:
