    Xmas Saver!
i joined this site last to after a mse member kindly told me about it and have reached payout a few times always had it via paypal with no problems at all. if you don't qualify you do get chucked out pretty quick so no problem either and i have had some higher surveys which have had a low %.

so in my opinion they are a good site HTH
have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving
  • There ok for surveys if you log in each day. On the other hand it takes forever for them to authorise payment even though it states 4 weeks max it took me 3 months to receive my 1st lot
  • I've logged in every day since I signed up, I must have been offered at least 50 surveys and I haven't qualified for a single one yet :( I hope it gets better than this as I've spent ages just filling in demographic questions for no pay so far!
  • Hi,
I notice that the surveys that say " $50,000 Survey Sweeps! Every Entry Gives You a Chance to Win!" now give you 48p as against the old 64p. And after completing one today sucessfully I got a page that thanked me but did not either return to the Surveyhead site or have a link to go there. So it did not registar that I had completed this survey!!
The last time I had an issue with a survey that completed but did not show up I contacted Surveyhead and two months later still waiting for reply!! A pity as I have earned about £50 since last October but now it looks as if going down the pan!

They have changed the payouts so that you can only take out multiples of £25 dollars not anything over $25, I used to wait till I had £20 then cashed out, but this time I found I could only get £16 ($25) so will have to wait now till i get another £10 rewarded to cash out again :(

I too have emailed them on many occations about a Febuary product test surveys I havent been credited for. the amounts say 0 as well because reward was on completion of all 3 surveys. Still waiting for a reply from April and the other times after. Before I didn't have to wait long for a reply and never had any problems with them. Makes me concerned about it.
    Survey earnings total 2009 £417, 2010 £875, 2011 £574

I joined a while back, I check about 5 days a week (aim for 7 but tend to forget) I have filled in and updated all the profile questionnaires but am yet to get my first survey. Emailed them a few times, no reply back.

Guess it looks like I am lucky! They look like Ciao in the making!
  • thanks, people, always wanted to join a survey site!
just joined surveyhead, they gave me $5 for joining, which is about 3 something in pounds, plus qualified for a survey right away and earned my first $1!

The address I use for Surveyhead UK is www.surveyhead.co.uk/dashboard.php - this takes me straight to my list of available surveys on the site and is the address I have been using all along. www.surveyhead.com sounds like their US or international site to me.

    Hope this helps ;o)

    Morning All,

Thanks for posting this luckylouise08, I do quite a few surveys but I've never heard of this one :)

    Davester - wow - a mine of information - thank you. :)

Saetana - thanks for the link. :) (i've used the dashboard one)

  • Hi,
Just tried another of those " $50,000 Survey Sweeps! Every Entry Gives You a Chance to Win!" surveys where you are suppose to get 48p added as well. Once again it ends with a screen where I get the message
"You have successfully completed a survey! To thank you for your time and for sharing your opinion with us, you have been automatically entered into our £25,000 prizedraw. Remember: you may take up to one survey per day, which will increase your chances of winning! Good luck!" But again unlike in the past it no longer returns you to the Surveyhead site or has a link back to it so no amount is added to your account!
So apart from perhaps winning in their prizedraw (I very much doubt) you are not going to be earning anything. Anyone else had this?

I did a survey yesterday - I think it was that daily one that's worth 49p - it took me flipping ages and didn't get added to my account! To be fair, I did email to say this and they said it could take a few weeks from closing - but I'm not sure I trust this as all the other surveys I've done so far have been appearing in my 'rewards' section instantly upon completion as pending. Hmm. Anyone else had this happen? Do they eventually show up, or has it gone horribly wrong?

Edit - it's just happened again! I did the daily survey for 49p and it didn't take me back to the Surveyhead page so this one hasn't gone onto 'my rewards' either. That must have been what happened with yesterday's survey - I wasn't paying attention so didn't remember if it took me back to Surveyhead at the end or not. So yes, fly-catchers, it looks like I have the same problem as you :( I'm just going to email again to let them know (reading their reply to my last email again, I think they must have thought I meant that the payment hadn't been awarded instantly, rather than the fact the survey wasn't even showing up as pending.)
