Best company for website templates (free or one off fee)

I would like to design a website for my parents who have a holiday cottage and a room offering B&B. They already have a website but it's quite out of date and quite pricey to update. I'd like to use a template system to create a site and the possibility to update/amend in future. They would also like to retain their own co.uk domain name.
Does anyone have any recommedations/experience of companies that offer this service?
