Good news! Now in the morning be sure to call your local Trading Standards office: http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/ as it's an offence to sell goods for which he doesn't have possession. As soon as you explain your story surrounding doing business with TechFun they'll conclude he's dropshipping or similar, so ordering the goods when he's got the buyers money and they'll be quite interested in that.
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0
