Need advice about getting ripped off online!

Hi, Im at my wits end with Techfun.co.uk.
On 20th March 09 I ordered four R4 cards for Nintendo DS from this website. I paid through paypal by echeque as that is the only payment they would accept with out a credit card. It took a month for my order to show up as it was coming direct from the factory in Hong Kong.
When it did show up there were only 3 R4 cards inside. I emailed Techfun straight away to tell them and on 16th April I had a message from them saying they would look into it. Since then I have not had any communication from them despite numerous emails to them. I have asked for a refund or another R4 card to replace the missing one.
The card was £15, I know its not alot but as far as im concerned it could be a fiver its still ripping me off!!
I tried to put in a dispute with Paypal but I was two days past the time limit to do so.
I just dont know what to do now! I dont want to let them get away with it but I dont know what to do from here.
They havnt even got a proper email address, its just an online contact form
Id be grateful for any advice anyone can give me, Thanks

Hi, I paid through paypal with my debit card, I tried to start a dispute through Paypal and you only have 40 days to file the complaint. I missed the deadline by 2 days, I hung on because I was waiting for them to get back to me.0

empro,
I have read this post today, and found out there is someting about our service didn't meet our customer satisfaction. We had an email system down time in April. That might be the reason why we didn't get you email.
Can you please send us a message with your order number please?

Just want to post to say that if someone is posting on behalf of a company, they have to be approved by this website - usually have purple coloured font for their name and something like "rep for ...." underneath.
I am not saying they are not from that company, but just that you, the OP, should be careful and that they, "techfun", should probably contact the administrators

Or contact him directly using the email address he registered on their website, this assumes of course it is techfun and they do infact have the users email address.
Hope they do and they get something sorted out.
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
