                    Hi Everyone
This is my first posting and I hope I'm in the right place to get some answers.
Back in February I was lucky enough to win a competition in a national magazine. Well, I was notified in February that I'd won and would be contacted shortly to arrange delivery of the prize - a HDTV and DVD player.
That was over 3 months ago and each time I contact them to find out if/when I would be receiving the prize, I get told that there is a problem with the dispatcher and they are trying to sort it out.
Are there any guidelines (or laws) that govern the length of time before someone should receive their prize?
I know it might sound ungratious and I realise how lucky I have been, but having to wait this long has soured the joy of winning.
Can anybody help?

Are you telephoning or writing? Phone calls are easily ignored, formal letters usually answered. National magazines won't like the letters copied to Watchdog, or you to refer to the ASA or this forum ...Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Funnily enough, after writing to them to let them know that I would be contacting The Institute of Sales Promotion the prizes showed up 24 hours later.
Thanks to everyone who responded0
