Changing From AOL To Sky - MAC Code?

I want to change from AOL to Sky, and the deal I want ends tomorrow (Sky), I know once I request the MAC code from AOL, I will need to wait 5 days to recieve it. I was wondering if I can order Sky broadband first and give the MAC code a bit later on, or will I need to give it to them while ordering?

If this is fully LLU AOL you may not need to give Sky any MAC now as they now control much of their network.
Phone Sky and ask them.0
