Oh speaking of Daddy, I have to think about something. DPs Dad and step Mam (both lovely, nothing like WIL) have offered to pay for our flights and car hire if we want to join them in Spain for a week in September. They are going out for 6 weeks I think it is. They are not skint but my 'stand on my own 2 feet' is making me want to say no, they are planning on buying a villa out there when they retire (this year) and I think wanted the boys input too as they want them to be able to go out there. None of us have passports, so just one cost I need to find if we say yes (no idea how much they are either but know it's expensive), then dog sitter and spending money. I know the boys would love it, well there is a pool and hopefully we could get them on a plane.......pah can't decide what to do.
My parents and DHs parents keep paying for us to go away with them. For them, its not about the money, its about us being able to go away with them. They want our company and I expect that is the same with your ILs - they want to spend time with you and your family, and by paying for you to get there they will get great pleasure from having you all there. If that makes sense. Im not completely awake yet.
Have just found out from boss that she has arranged for someone to pick up all my stuff so I dont have to go to the office! Yay for boss! Id asked in my resignation letter if that would be possible as I dont feel well enough to go all the way there (its quite a way, 45 mins each way) but didnt really expect it to happen! So relieved!
Rach, hope your sister is soon on the mend
Will carry on catching up with thread and then do some flying"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Valli I hope it goes well today
Nicki, drape some loo roll over the side of the bath and the spider will climb up it and out of the bath
Bevan I wouldn’t use bleach in the WM. You can put vinegar or lemon juice in, and put it on the hottest cycle
Welcome Tinkabell
Well now that I dont have to go to the office (I cant believe how relieved I am!) I would like to get outside into the sun. And I would like to do the bedroom list, as Ive managed to get all the bedding dry from last time! Will post a list in a mo"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

I'm going to get some distilled vinegar tonight when I go shopping, my Mum gave me a book just before I moved about all the uses that vinegar has, keep forgetting to buy it but thought some of it was worth a try, was mainly buying it to help clean the oven, but will use it for WM as well, my clothes wont smell of vinegar will they?? :rotfl:

Bevan, no your clothes wont smell of vinegar.
I have done nothing - the phone keeps ringing with people wanting quotes from DH! His advert in the phone book is obviously a very very good idea! Im so pleased! I think I need to start answering the phone more professionally and change the answer phone message if I can - its BT 1571 can you personalise that? I will check!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
