Now, how does this visualisation work? What are we supposed to actually visualise? Do we visualise toots (I'm assuming it's for her) and as most of us don't know what she looks like it will be difficult. I think this kind of thing is very powerful - creating the energy to be focussed on somewhere/something - but I'm not sure how to go about it. Please can someone advise :D

Here you go mudbath - I just turned the recipe into a sandwich cake using 2 18cm cake tins. If you're going to turn it into the cupcakes though, apparently the recipe makes 15 at a cost of about 18p each.

    175g (6oz) unsalted butter, very soft - I used 1/2 Pure & 1/2 Vitalite
250g (9oz) caster sugar - I didn't have enough, so made it up with granulated
    3 medium eggs - I used 2 large instead
    250g (9oz) self-raising flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    100ml (4fl. oz) milk
    4 tbsp lemon curd

    Icing
75g (3 oz) unsalted butter, very soft - I used Pure
125g (4 oz) seived icing sugar
    3 tbsp lemon curd
    1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/GM4.
    2. Blitz all of the ingredients in a foodprocessor.
    3. Put paper cases into 2 bun trays and spoon the mixture evenly between them. (If using the cake tins, make sure these have been greased and then divide mixture evenly between the two.)
    4. Cook for 30 mins or until well risen and springy to touch.
    5. Lift out of tin and leave to cool on a wire rack. - I left mine to cool a bit in their tins before putting them out onto the wire rack.
    6. Make the icing by beating the ingredients together until they are soft and fluffy. Ice the cakes.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Soapie Tredegar house came to mind, but its not clear if you can take dogs in, on the side menu it does mention some other local places that might be suitable.

Visualisation at 8.45 is better for us as well, I had forgotten about the Apprentice final! Plus it will already be past Miss A's bed time but I am letting her stay up to do it.
