Sorry you are having such a rough time at work Buffy. Will you be staying on next year or are you looking for something else? Are you keeping a record of everything this man says and dose? I know your boss wont listen now but it might help in the future, especially if you get some witnesses to things.DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0

I love the Buffy episode nod
I attended a civil parnership recently and the grooms danced to Buffy and Willows song, 'twas lovely
Good luck with your new diary and the newer happier you!0 -
Hi Buffy,
Jeez, you've made me want to find my old Buffy box sets - is it only me that has a crush on Giles?
Anyway, I've been keeping an eye on this thread for a while, but it seems like you have a really great support network on here and I didn't want to intrude without knowing the facts.
I just wanted to say that I think you've totally made the right choice with your strategy. I signed up to the NSD challenge in my first two months on here, and I followed it rigidly and loved it but after a while it felt prescriptive. I think it is a really good idea when you are just starting out - it certainly made me think twice about spending money on stupid things - and the principles can be applied anywhere.
Anyway, I just thought I'd say well done, chin up and keep going!! :TGoals for 2010 - pay off £3160 debt. Come on Pamela!0 -

I have been looking for a new job but no luck, it seems at the moment not many teachers are moving. I know things will be different next year. Now I know where I stand I will handle things differently - write memos, e mails, have written minutes of meetings etc.
I shall keep looking tho.

You aren't intruding at all! and yes I love Giles in a way that is deeply wrong!
I am basically thinking until the summer I shall just do what makes me happy as much as possible.

Sorry to hear about the boss still thinking it's his job to be bossy, but gald you're handling it better now. I agree that you should do everything by the book and as suggested make a note of when he acts like more of a prat than usual and who witnesses his behaviour.
Get you, under 15k now.
No stopping you now.
