Excellent complaint resolution from Orange PAYG

Apologies if this should be on the praise/vent board, but I thought it would be relevant to people wanting info about mobile phones.
Today I discovered that Orange PAYG hadn't given me the 600 free text messages to which my package entitles me. I should have got them on Thursday 28th and it's now Sunday 31st. I phoned customer services to complain, expecting a long argument and not much help. How wrong I was.
The helpful bloke on the other end of the call listened carefully to what I said and checked the details I gave him. He apologised that I hadn't got my free texts automatically, and credited them to my account. I explained that I'd sent 6 texts thinking they were free and had been charged for them (60p) and had spent 25p on the call to complain. He credited my account with £1 of call charges and apologised.
I'm stunned.

Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
