NTL/Virgin Digital Interactive Service - broken keyboard

I have an elderly house bound friend who accesses his emails through his television and it helps him keep connected with friends and family. His interactive keyboard is broken and when he approached Virgin media (who've taken over from NTL as his ISP) they said they no longer provide this equipment. He's reluctant to buy a computer as he's 70 and never used one in his life. He also only wants to be able to email so doesn't want to have to shell out for a computer. Does anyone know where he could get a relacement keyboard or have it repaired.

Thanks in advance! thumbs2.gif

Damn I threw mine out a while back. Could no longer use it with digital anyway but kept it in the spare room. Sorry no help to you. I would say try ebay. By the way I believe Virgin are discontinuing this service in the not too distance future. I received a questionaire from them to my account email asking if I would be unhappy if the service ended. I said no as I have a laptop now anyway, and only clear out the old TV email now and then. As everyone is going digital in the not too distance future and this will not work with it, I will say it will go soon rather than later.
