Have you raised the scan issue with your midwife she may be able to ring up and get you an appointment?

I dont have a midwife  Havent had a date sent for my booking in appointment despite repeatedly calling my gp, who I have to go through to get it.
DH phoned the maternity ward yesterday and had a rant and they apparently promised him that they would call me today.
My lovely mum however said if Ive not heard by thursday she'll give me the money to go and get a private scan done, but its a lot of money, and its something Im entitled to free of charge, but i just really am peeved with it all now.....

Still feeling pretty rough although managed to keep my dinner last night but again have managed to stay in bed till midday....

I sympathise - it is bad enough being sick without worrying on top! Hope you manage to get sorted with the scan and for the move. I think a change of scene and to be back near family could do you the world of good

still feeling pretty bleurgh but got out of bed earlier today which is something, and on another positive note I finally got to speak to someone at the hospital!!!!
Expecting a phone call back in the next half an hour, and they should be able to sort me a scan out in the next 2 days according to the midwife i spoke to.

now im just nervous, and having a small panic that it'll end up like last time.....

she was really apologetic, apparently a letter was sent to my old address, despite me changing my address over 2 months ago with my gp, but she also said theyve only just updated my notes from when i went to a&e!..... which was about 7 weeks ago......

Phew, must try to breathe, deep calming breaths LOL
