Hey all...
only me.....!
So not been paying as much attention to the money spending, Asda is such a serious downfall, im really hating it!!!
But its down to an organisational issue, just need to get more organised.
I managed to last through my week of hell of not eating any carbs, was painful, mostly just trying to work out what i could actually eat! but im glad carbs are back in my life now.
Managed to run yesterday for about half a mile, and then quick walked the remaining 1/2 mile.
Today ran continuously for a mile, and then did 3 minutes run with a minute walk for the remaining 3/4 mile. And managed the whole thing within 15 minutes, and then ran back to the practice which was about 1/2 mile. So all in all a good exercising day.
Lots of changes going on at work which i think may make things painful for a short time...... but im positive about the changes, they need to happen and all things happen for a reason....Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
well done on all that exercise... I have been struggling with asda too! Esp as I started a diet - and haven't found a cheap way to do the diet yet! I have done 2 miles today and yesterday tho - and yesterday I went swimming for possibly the first time this year!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Have fun at gym and hope you find a good driving instructor. Mine was really drippy and kept telling me I drove too fast - he'd be horrified by what I do now :rotfl:Looking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

Good luck finding a driving instructor (OH's brother is a driving instructor).
I remember having my driving lessons in 1994 the guy was in his late 50s a really lovely man he was but he drove a Nissan Micra, I said to my friend a day or two before my first lesson I hope he doesn't turn up in a horrible car and nearly died when I saw the Micra, I hated the shape of them (was in the days when it was not the done thing to own one) and was so embarrassed getting in to it.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160
