    sorting out my hair currently.. my roots werent roots anymore.... my hair was literally two tone!

    been out to a practice golf day, didnt play but got to drive a golf buggy and was a really nice day...

    1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £169.8K Equity 37.1%
    2) £2.4K Net savings after CCs March 26 (but owed £1.1K) so £3.5K
    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £36.2K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.3K) = 42.1£127.5K target 33% 27/2/26 (If took bigger lump sum = 64K or 50.1%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
    5) SIPP £5.2K updated 16/1/26

    had my review today at work and it went surprisingly ok, was called up on what i xpected, gave my own feedback as well, given a bit of direction and a plan of action, and a 2k payrise :)

    boss was really good with me as Ive not done all that i am capable of, but gave it to me not as a reward but as a motivator, he said he knows im worth more than what im on, so lets work toward the achievements....

    yeah was all in all positive and I got to put across some challenges ive had with our working relationship as well, which was really good for how we work together as we are the two that need to get on. Plus I mentionned as im meant to be team leader I dont feel i should be criticised in a team setting so we worked out some signals between us to help strengthen that.
