Ah, I think you are defo having a boy! Don't think you need to worry too much on that score!

How is your OH's applications going? Do you think you will look for work after Xmas? It's great that your sister is putting you up. That must be taking the financial strain off things. Hope you get your pay soon. OH is waiting on some part-tome pay that would pay off the end of our credit cards, the fella has completely ignored his email which I think is terrible. He will get paid, but it would have been nice in time for Xmas.

Thats well crap. Its one thing to not sort it, but to ignore people is pants.

Yeah sis and her partner are being v.generous, but obv Im worried about overstaying our welcome...... we thought DH would have been given a job in GM FB so we'd have just been searching, not still job hunting, but hey, it is what it is...

Im going to look for some temp office stuff I think, even if its part time, means I can sit down most of the day. Im such a rubbish pregnant person LOL at least if Im temp I wont have a guilt complex about having to legally tell them in 9 weeks time that Im pregnant.
After that I've looked at what benefits I can apply for so that will help us out, since I'll qualify for maternity allowance.

DH has next stage of fire ervice recruitment for North East, and also an assessment for Orange as well mid january so thats all good. He went to collect this application form today only to be told that despite the letter in his hand telling him they have some, they didnt have any!

Good day one and all

Hope everyone had a great Christmas, we had a really good one and dinner (although a couple of things I would have changed) was really good, got some nice little pressies, we werent expecting much as we had told people we couldnt get them much till new year but still was really sweet.
My sister bought me some artic expedition socks, and a fleece and called it my Northern Survival Pack which was sweet, and DH bought me a Sanctuary Mum to be gift pack, so I can try to avoid the dreaded stretch marks for as long as possible.
DH's JSA has now paid out so after all the bank holidays clear Im going to get an appointment to see what I can get till DH gets job

Saw a job advertised today so think I might apply for it, its only weekend part time stuff, but it keeps me doing something, and it'll give us some money as well....
