grrr small rant at some idiot on ebay....

has an item that i wanted for baby for sale, offered free pick up or courier, email to ask....
so ive emailed to ask about getting it couriered from leicester to darlington.
hes selling it £90 cheaper than if we bought it at shop so i though even if courier is like £50, still a saving...

the numpty has emailed me back to say yes can courier but dont how much it will be, so what do you want to do?!
Well obviously pillock i want to know how much to courier!

At least you have an appointment - it does seem rather poor though. Are they aware of your history? At my doctor's I could ring up and aske to be seen sooner anyway....

  • I insisted upon seeing my new midwife as soon as I moved. I was going to Australia though, and wanted to run a few things by her.

I agree with SavingH - make an appointment with your GP to check up on how things are going.

Oh I've seen the GP already..... got checked over, everything seemed fine till she started ranting about pregnant sheep, she's a bit weird, but then I do love an eccentric.....
The midwife was supposed to call me that day, after my appointment since she was actually at the gp's, but yet its taken a week to get a letter!
They are well aware of how far along I am as well.....

Oh well, maybe I'll get another scan booked in sharpish after I've seen her, and can get my definite definite confirmation its gonna be a boy..... gonna be really phished if its a girl LOL

DH has just walked into town in the snow to collect an application pack for a job bless him xx

  • In both the surgeries I was at you just rang or called in and made an appointment at reception. It seems crazy to have to wait for the midwife to send out a letter. I guess they all do their own way in different places.

The 20 week scan is amazing. You will love it - you can see so much :)

I don't mind what I have. After what happened to my cousin as long as it is healthy that is the main thing.
