Vodafone re-issue 2000+ CURRENT Voda customers numbers !!!
Options
Well my warning about Vodafone customer services to you all considering joining V with the deal I posted ( free mobile, £40 quidco, 600mins/unlimited txt on 30 days contract with 35 EU countries & NZ/AU roaming for 3 months )
well it came true ! SHOCK ( NOT ! )......as usual Voda outshine even Voda's poor standards...........
On 26th I ordered such, 28th I recieved a email from V welcoming me to Voda & to register for their online services/billing, on the 29th the free phone & sim arrived with a unpackaged free Voda payg sim....I did not know which was which ?, no welcome pack, services info or details either ??
Today having time to do go through it I called my other mobile ( work ) to see if the port had gone through...& the number was not what Voda informed me in the email ? So I call the number & speak to a woman in Dorset, she is V payg & has been on this number for 4 years+....she was receiving texts for my order etc....to which she was replying to & being declined, the woman is in as much shock as I am of the situation.
I explain I'm porting my number across from another network & its is meant to go LIVE tomorrow, she will lose her number & will gain mine !! both
I saynoto0870 it for numbers for her to call FREE from her landline as we both have to call Voda & advise/sort out Voda's error.
I proceed to call 191 V customer (dis)service, the "boy" is an idiot & eventually transfers me to "customer accounts", the ( landline sounding ) phone rings for 30 minutes and the call is auto rejected.
I proceed to call (dis)service again, Adam is on the ball ( thankyou my god for giving me one of the minority V 3rd party outsourced care team members who has a CLUE about the product/services they offer/service ! )
Adam as soon as I have started without full explanation apologies HE & Voda are aware of the problem, informs me 2000+ customers are affected !! & the PAC team are CLOSED. Adam says I have to call back tomorrow @ 8AM.
Should the first V monkey not have informed me of such ? NO because he was not aware of anything more than his headset ringing !
So even though Voda is aware of 2000+ customers being affected with losing numbers, many of which like myself MAY have ports going through tomorrow NO PAC team is available to deal with such a stuff up, and no other Voda dept can address such....so one 4 year customer LOSES her number while another NEW customer loses his 8 year old number to that 4 year customer ????
Make the most of NOW ?????.......does that mean port OUT before you unsuccessfully port IN ?
The whole UK telecom industry & regulator are a complete " MP's expenses "
incarnation.
As all the other networks, a JOKE.........

As all the other networks, a JOKE.........What would the point of the PAC team being in?? They aren't going to sort out the problem, the people I should imagine are in will be the techies sorting out the issue. As this is going to happen tomorrow, I'm guessing you don't have a crystal ball so aren't certain it will happen or the outcome when they try and sort it out, but if you do now for CERTAIN, can I have next weeks lotto numbers please

^PAC team should be cancelling ports over ALL numbers starting on 07799 Voda issued numbers.
The issue is ALL pre-fixes of 07799 are being reissued when in use ! Voda customers with 07799 should be very concerned, you may lose your number and service if even ONLY temporary.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0
