I'm hearing that statement loud and clear. you give a very good description of our PWC lol she is the living embodiment of your 'harsh ... right through to ... and vindictive' lol I wouldnt mind but I dont think she is enjoying her spite to the max. I just keep my mouth shut and smile, she who laughs last laughs loudest. wonder what she'll do when she cant tell lies about us anymore lol, it isnt just this womans hobby over the years shes made it her vocation:D

thanks for some of your comments, others not so helpful!!! I am sick of everyone being on the PWC's side and the slightly militant views of some of you. To be fair Wasteland Drifter is right most of you on here are full of !!!!! and i am probably best taking proper advice from experts who actually know what they are one about!

When you are subject to a Departure on the grounds of partners contribution towards housing costs and you dont supply your partners details there is a real chance that 100% of the housing costs will be offset against you so it is always wise under these circumstances to supply the required information. If you seperate from your partner all you need to do is tell the Agency. If they dont believe you then you have right of appeal to the First Teir Tribunal. However so does the other parent. Everyone should also bear in mind changes to legislation that took place on 6 April 2009 which allows the agency to revisit a case if once side had obtained an advatage by stating a falsehood. That applies to PWC's and NRP's alike .

JL my partner's going thru exactly the same at the moment. Yes the PWC lied at a tribunal - on paper and we have got a copy of it. Go to your MP as that's what my partner is doing. The CSA didn't even think to question the PWC's rash allegations made at the Tribunal. Yet I phoned the CSA to complain about the lies about me and was told that I didn't have authority to speak about this (which I can understand) but it's nuts that I can't even defend myself.

it's not about sides tho it's who the children live with and that's the 'side' as you put it that the CSA will take.

My partner doesn't have a problem paying the CSA it's the lies that's the sickening thing - things like that make it more of a side -v-side thing.

Finally, knowingly providing false information to the CSA by either 'side' is a criminal offence!
