I hate that i am being milked by a vindictive person who doesnt care about anyone else but themselves. It disgusting that i have to stoop to the levels of what i am thinking in order to just keep my head above water and keep my house.

I can sympathise with you, I was once an NRP. Your thread says there are too many internet junkies on this forum with far too much time on their hands, you are not going to get the advice you really need.

Will i really get a criminal conviction if i told them we had split up?

To be convicted of an offence your accuser has to prove mens rea. That simply isn't going to happen if your partner has left you. Even if she lied to deliberately land you in trouble there is still very little prospect of the Crown Prosecution Service taking on such a case let alone achieving a conviction beyond all reasonable doubt. Your partner will only perjure herself.

Can i do anyhting within the legislation to soften the blow?

The same as me, take the children off your ex and become the PWC, sell your share in the house and buy a new one. Not as difficult as it looks.

Get advice, my post above says how and NACSA is only 40-quid for 12 months consultation.

I keep being quoted "just and equitable" but i dont have any children in the house which wont assist me!!! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!!!!! I hate the CSA more than life its self and more than that i hate how it seems to gang up on you with the PWC. If anyone has any suggestion i would be so grateful.

You can work abroad if you like. It might give the agency more time to sort its problems out. If you do move, then put your house with a letting agent and write & tell the agency you have moved. Be brave take the plunge, not as difficult as it looks. You will feel much better having them off your back.

Trouble is on here, after a time of visiting, you will soon learn that if you are a bloke trying to play fair, you wont get much support.
Harsh reality is that it is very little to do with supporting the children, it is more about one speices being spiteful and vindictive, sorry to say this there will be many on here who will not be happy until your life is made hell and you so wished you had not found love elsewhere.
Whilst offering support to those that wish to practice milking the ex male partnerand making their life hell. :(
Rubbish! I think everyone is for playing fair, neither a NRP or a PWC likes to be screwed over.

I wouldn't even waste your time Zara....

Am sure him and other posters who think like that will be having a jolly old b!tchfest - that's in between giving wholly inaccurate and wrong information obviously;)

She wouldn't be lying, it would be the OP as it's his case.

Back again with more useless info I see:rolleyes:

I did promise to mellow down a little and that I'm sticking to.
Anyways usually if a PWC (female) posts asking how to maximise payments from the male NRP there are a lot of responses on how to do so and a reminder of some of the sanctions that are then available if they are not satisfied with grinding the poor man down, his life does not count for nothing.
And if a bloke posts about minimising the payment or gaining contact, the replies are remarkably quiet.
An example of this also is the post for a 'friend' about the farmers son's wife .

That you being mellow is it?

And this OP isn't 'playing fair', he's thinking about lying. I wonder what the reaction would be if a (female) PWC came on here and said she was thinking about lying to maximise her CSA money - I can tell you she would get hell from both NRP's AND PWC on here.

He's been given a few options but I think he is waiting for someone to give him the go ahead to commit fraud and I don't think anyone on here would advocate that.

Cast your mind over monicaj's case - has anyone thought the ex was in the right? No

Well no they didn't but the replies soon swayed to the child (which is not his) rather than him getting a prompt refund :(
