In other words with other recent changes like bolt ons, it seem repeating what Orange started to do once it got sold to France Telecom. Shame :-(.. Oh the good old days, Orange equity points, everyphone, wildfire, orange care inclusive, line 2, conference call, OVP, etc.. oh like I said good old days,:-D

Cries^ these dam fine products went as Orange became a STERLING cash cow to FT, dam UK companies selling up !!! Voda does not bad as only UK owned standing Mobile Telecom, its 3rd party customer services that KILL Voda UK, even minimal profit making Voda AU has company owned call centres's in Hobart, Tasmania & Chatswood Sydney !!

Wildfire used to run hundreds of connections on 1 of the very early Pentium processors, not only was Wildfire revolutionary in service for Hutchison it was in technical aswell - the software was so well designed, & look what Hutchison delivered with 3 (great product !).....India call centre's !!!!

Just search around for the best deals around in your price range and ask o2 to match it.

o2 can take a bit of haggling but if your request your PAC code that tells them you are serious about leaving and they may give you a better deal.

There isn't a single thing in the pipeline about not offering discounts or removing retention deals.

    Can someone clarify please.......

My 18 month contract ended middle of May......I had a subscruption discount of 8.52 making my normal monthly bill of "around" 20 quid.

My new bill has been generated today and it is 36 quid

Looking at the breakdown - I have

    Tariff 25.54
Extras 5.50 which is a positive subscription discount from 13 May to 1 June (normally I have a discount of 8.52)....

So as I am now out of contact have O2 upped my bill back to normal ????
What should I put in here that won't upset people.........
