Spend so far= £20.34 on fuel! Managed a whole day at uni without buying any extra food though, so that's a bonus. Feels like I've not got much left but there's only the titchiest of spends that I need to do this week- just need to get a gift box for my niece's birthday present, and that's it! So even though I wasn't expecting to put that much fuel in (serves me right for driving like an eejit last week!), it doesn't feel so bad when I consider the fact that I don't have anything I have to buy

Evening budgeteers
It has been another sunny day in Glasvegas and I have just come home from dinner picnicing in the park.
For me today £4.20 on lunch (I took lunch, ate it at 11am and then decided I was still hungry
) and then £1.40 on the bus home as I was summonded to buy alcoholic beverages for the picnic. Total £5.60
Welcome :hello:to any newbies, to the regular budgeteers. I have updated the first post. How are the rest of you getting on?
ETO I cannot believe anyone in their right mind would pay £800 to have their hair done for their wedding. How on earth can they justify that? Fingercrossed you will get something that is much better value.Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30

Spent £0.90 on car parking today, but saved £11 a month on my TV package! x

Well i have totally blown this weeks budget spent a whopping £27.62 in one day:eek:, money which i didnt have. Some thieving ***** stole my spade, bricks, rhubarb plant (straight from the ground), secaturs, damp proof membrane for the pond amongst other things from over the allotment. So i had to go out and replace them all arghhhhhhhh
Unfortunately i had to buy them all again or i would not have been able to grow any veg this year. SO i am mighty peed of with myself.
£800 wow thats a lot of money for a bridal package, bleeding heck woman. Saying that i've have heard of a lot worse than that for some. What are you going to do?
Bit of advice though courtesy of my aunt. She always says to everyone make sure comfortable with who's doing your hair/make up/ tailoring for your wedding day, otherwise you'll be fiddling with it throughout the ceremony.
Good luck everyone else!0 -

I was in Queens Park in the southside. In fact I have also been there this evening accompanied by a rotisserie chicken, some bread and some salad. I must say I am feeling very European I have forgotten it is Scotland. Where do you stay?
Kezlou I am mentally shaking my fist at the horrible person that would stoop so low as to steal your gardening equipment I am sure karma will catch up with them eventually.
Anyway for me today I managed to walk to and from work today saving £2.70 on bus fare. I bought some food for dinner but that comes out of the grocery budget. I did buy a drink to go with my salad for lunch (£1). Also I bought 2 beers (one each for myself and the OH) for £3.68. So total for me today of £4.68.
I hear this weather will not hold out much longer
oh well at least tomorrow is hump day. Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30

Another £10 for me...although I didn't spend all of it, but the change has gone into my jars to pay for yoga so it's pretty much gone! Hopefully have three NSD ahead of me though

Morning Budgeteers,
Woohoo we are on the down slope roll on the weekend. Yesterday I went to my bookgroup BBQ which was brilliant even if the weather was not as nice as it has been. I spent:
Subway ticket £1.20
Chai Latte from the evil Starbucks £2.65:eek:
Total £3.85
I'm off to the theatre tonight but hopefully not going to spent too much.:rolleyes:Weekly Spend Challenge: £0/£30
