Nokia 3120, 500 anytime mins and 200 text on t-Mobile and £35 profit too!!!
Found this on Coolnewmobile's site, apologies if posted anywhere else but did a quick search and couldnt find it.
They have a Nokia 3120 on T-Mobile with 500 cross network anytime minutes plus 200 text per month for £35 per month but you can claim cashback in the sum of £420 over the year. Ok its a bulk standard phone (no camera/bluetooth etc) but a great deal none the less as long as the cashback works ok.

Just renewed my contract on a free line rental deal with another company (I hardly use 10 minutes per month nevermind 500) but it may be of interest to others.
