I have a coupon for 10 tijmes the amount of points on my marks card exp 2nd april, but will only be buyin a few items as cash flow seems to be working the wrong way round at the mo. Anyway, those of you with and more credit cards, dont forget to use the extra points from recent mailing

Had a look but not much I wanted. Everything was sold out really but still showing on the website which makes it worse as you then know what you missed out on...

I agree, they should take the sold items off the site. What's worse though is last time I ordered from the M&S sale I had the order confirmed then a few days later they sent an email cancelling some of the items :(. Not good practice at all. M&S should really pull their finger out when it comes to their website.

How frustrating - I've had a full basket twice only to be booted off and my goodies thrown out of the basket!

There is a whole host of boys gear I want/need for my youngest.
Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!

spent almost two hours placing an order, as the site was 'busy', and also kept cancelling stuff, very frustrating, and very annoying that item shows availability on first screen, then unavailable on summary page, which takes another 5 minutes to re-load, even on broadband

they must be losing thousands of potential sales through having such a crap website system, i almost gave up, and had the sledge hammer ready to deal with the computer lol

Phew! Finally managed to get order in thanks to Loobs40 - you are a star!
Just hoping the 'sorry, but the item you ordered is out of stock' doesn't happen.

I finally decided to telephone my order through, 3/4 of the things I wanted were sold out.
My bill went from £110 to £22, when I said Oh that means it's under the £30 for free delivery she said she would put it through as no charge because a lot of the items were out of stock. I wouldn't mind but if I had ordered first thing this morning rather than checking who was the best money back site to go through and then loseing my basket I would have saved myself a day of hassle!
Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves
