Me too !!!!! Just rung them -automated message saying they know that there are problems with the site - they are trying to fix it.

This may take some time as I guess that there servers have "fallen over" so will need to rebuild them ??

fixed it by deleting all temporary internet internet files in tools/internet options, and then i typed in the M&S url rather than taking it from this site.

still slow, but its working

I "lost" everything in my basket 4 times before being able to place an order! It really is infuriating - but I hope it will be worth the effort. (Could'nt find free delivery code)

I gave up trying to order on line and placed a telephone order instead. Lot quicker and only local call rate number.

How do you order over the phone? I thought it was only homeware over the phone???

i just rang the number on there wbsite and told them that I had spent ages trying to place an order. The lady took the order codes and confirmed my order.

The phone number was 0845 6090200. Its on there website under the contact us bit.

Thanks. Will try that in a minute. At least if I can't shop no one else can. I have deleted all my cookies and temp files as suggested. No luck
