u900 vs lg cookie

need some advice
i have an old phone, the samsung u900, that i find great, but i have just got the lg cookie through a contract upgrade.
i cant decide which to keep. i would find it hard to sell the u900 as it has "water damage" (but works perfectly)
cookie on hte other hand is brand new and easy to flog, but also seems nicer, and i will be using internet so much better in that respect.
help me make my mind up? im a heavy texter
