ending contract
Options
I'm with "3" , I want to cancel my contract which I think finishes in June, does anyone know how I cancel it? I have had trouble before with an orange contract because we thought mine and my bf's finished at the same time but we were told his had longer to run, then after about 7 months we were still paying, so rang up and found out we should of told them to cancel it! Yet they finished mine which was started at the same time. Anyway I want to finish mine and also not have any more. I'm going pay as you go because for me it is cheaper than contract.

Hi, just phone customer services and ask to change your contract over to PAYG, they will tell you when your contract is up, and arrange it for you.
You may have to pay an early termination fee if you still have some of your contract left to run, but if yours is finishing in June that shouldn't be a problem.0 -
Read the "3 Like Home" ending thread. Some people have used this as a mechanism for terminating their contracts early without fees. Give it a shot, thing lost, but you do need to be persistent and firm with them. Good luck.0

If the minimum term is up in June, then this is irrelevant.0 -
Thanks for all your replies, my contract has been cancelled!! Although they would not take no for an answer when they kept offering another deal etc! It took about 25 mins in the end! I've got 30 days till its completly finished, but then hopefully that will be the end of it. :T0
