Terms and Conditions

1. Ribena ‘Put Your Wellies on’ promotion is open to UK residents excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
3. One entry per person, with 1 additional entry for every send to a friend email address submitted, up to a maximum of 3 additional entries per person.
4. By entering this promotion the entrant will de deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter your name, address, email address and telephone number online at Ribena
6. CLOSING DATE for receipt of entries is 31.08.09.
7. The independently supervised draw will take place on 15.09.09. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners will be drawn at random from all entries and will be notified within 28 days of the closing date by telephone and Email. If contact cannot be made with the winner within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner in the same way
9. There are 3 first prizes of cottage breaks to be won. Prizes include 7 nights accommodation at a 5* cottage that can host up to 6 persons (based upon 2 persons sharing a double/twin room), a welcome hamper with toiletries and £150 towards travel expenses. Booking dates are subject to availability and exclude Christmas, New Year, Easter and other Bank holidays. No additional travel expenses or meals will be provided. Holidays must be taken by 23rd May 2010
10. There are also 50 runners up prizes of picnic hampers.
11. Prizes will be delivered to the provided address within 28 days of having made contact with the winner. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for delays due to reasons beyond its control.
12. No cash alternatives are available. Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
13. The prize is non transferable and non-changeable.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received or are delayed due to transmission, network, software problems, or for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control. Proof of email being sent is not proof of receipt of entry.
15. Prize winners may be requested to participate in publicity associated with this competition.
16. Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any third parties, including tour operators, travel agencies or providers of accomodation. Promoter accepts no liability to prize-winners for any aspect of the holiday.

Don't worry, searching can be tricky. I copy the competitions url and pop that in the search box, if that shows nothing up I'll try the core url, you know the url with all the extras taken off the end. If that still doesn't show anything up I'll try some main words from the comp like "cottage" or "ribena". The amazing VelvetGlove's comping guide is brilliant, its full of tips about using the comp board and she has a away of explaining things, like the search facility, in a way even I can understand
