Should the FREEBIE board be for Free and NEARLY free items?

Many times freebies come along that require the cost of a postage stamp or the purchase of a newspaper to enable you to get the freebie on offer.
You might have to send two postage stamps to get the item sent to you costing THREE in total.
Technically, this doesn't qualify for the freebie board - one of the most visited boards on MSE.
Instead it'll end up on a more obscure board where fewer MSE'ers will be able to benefit.
Do you agree with this? After all it costs money to turn your computer on too.
Place your vote and tell MSE what you think.
Do you have any other views?

This is the Freebie (no spend required) board. If you have to buy stamps or a rubbish newspaper then it is not a Freebie. Why cant people understand that?
And yes your right wat you said it dose no qualify for the Freebie board it should be posted on.

I don't think its a pointless post. Might have been better on the site suggestions board but people that take an interest in the freebies might not spot it.
I think this should stay as a no spend board because if this is changed to a freebie/minimum spend board where do you draw the line on whats a "minimum spend"?0 -
Should be Freebies and under £1.00I wouldn't like to say really. I have mentioned in the past that a spend is required for say P&P or stamps but usually get shot down by someone saying 'its hardly going to break the bank' etc as if I am some kind of tightwad. So I don't bother commenting anymore.0

Leasve the FREEBIE board alone. This thread is getting sadder and sadder The newspappers spend £thousands every week on TV adverts then some idiot that thinks we dont have TV's repost it here giving the papers a free ad. If the pappers where any good in the first place they would not have to give away a free CD or DVD.GONE ENGLAND0
