I always think that in the shop I work in. We sell some quite expensive interiors stuff, and people get really nervous about it. I always wish I could tell them not to worry about what I think, it's not like I could afford it either, I'm a shop lady!

no need for a card- just go and ask for it in store. just heard an ad for it on the local radio. Just tell them that you head an advert on the radio for free mini chanel mascara.

Thats what I did do....and the lady at the counter said I needed the card from the magazine, and wouldnt give it to me !!

she's got no reason to say no- the offer is open as long as stocks last. ask another assistant or tell her you want chanel's head office address to write and complain- just saying that should do the trick.

I got one today from Westfield House of Fraiser- really nice S.A gave it to me -I had an Elle card from the mag, smiled and was friendly!

Also went to Boots, got another free with a chanel purchase of make up. (I love boots points!!) No card shown that time.

This is being advertised on Magic Radio. Just go up to the counter and ask for the free sample. No problems in Bluewater. If they ask, say it's the radio promotion.

I went into my local Debanhams and asked for this, was told by a haughty assistant that it was the Chanel girl's day off and she didn't know anything:mad:
