Reason I picked up on this is that im sure some points went missing around 3 weeks ago, couldn't prove it at that time. So have been keeping a note of my points at the end of the week. I know its only a small monetary value but points do add up.

Looks like everyone else is in the same boat then with the Rehab points,

Sam, as you point out, you're 200 missing.

Since you've just yesterday been awarded 200 for Best Birthdays, that would seem to be the obvious culprit.

Could it be that larger points awards are subject to some sort of ratification? So that they are listed but not included in a total?

I have mentioned to PB the idea of a "Pending" section in "My Piggybank" ... I wonder if there's a connection.

Just thinking out loud here, really ...

Sorry to be awfully dull but I make mine 2140 and that is exactly what is displayed too So mine is working just fine

Avon points take about a month to come through I placed an order around the 18th Feb and got my points credited 16th March. So I would chase it up if I were you.

Seems like it, although it does appear that they are onto it and trying to sort it out-lets hope we all get them added without hassle!
