Every time I'm clicking on a link in the thread here, e.g. to go to Pigsback's crossword or a competition to fill in the answers, I'm at Pigsback's login page and then when I've logged in, I'm not at the page the link was for, and it's taking me ages (am a newbie!) to know where to go.
Thanks, Cat
You need to be logged in to pigsback then come back here and click on the crossword link and it should enter you into the crossword without you manually filling in the answers (and without going to the log in page.)There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Oops I spoke too soon. Have got one window open with Pigback logged in, the other with the moneysaver thread link, but when I click on the link, it opens a new window and I have to login to Pigsback.

Click on the link, sign in on login page that comes up, then click on the link again and it should bring up the right page. Works for me anyway

Many thanks Karen. I've tried and unfortunately it's still bringing up a different page that I have to login to  I have a memory of at some point seeing an IE setting that said something about choosing to 'open a new window' for such-and-such but I'm not sure if this is relevant, as I haven't had this issue before. But I can't remember where this IE setting was! Have had a good look in Internet Options etc and the help file, but can't find it. Can't be the firewall, as I have everything allowed! Grrrr.
Much appreciate suggestion. Thanks, Cat0 -
Hey Pat,patwinning wrote:I come on this thread everyday and follow all the offers. The comps i posted i hadnt done! Was just trying to do people a favour, thought this was a forum!
Accept my apologies, it wont happen again!
Please don't be offended, my post was just intended as a gentle reminder to everybody to check the list at the beginning of the thread before posting new offers and competitions. It makes it easier for everyone to find the new stuff that way.

I post links to help others, nothing in it for myself. I could not bother but im gratefull to ALL the people who post and just trying to give back something, Its disheartening when you are told to check before posting! I wonder how many people look at this thread and dont bother to put anything back!
Anyway, thats my rant for today :rolleyes:Your greatness is measured by your kindness; your education and intellect by your modesty; your ignorance is betrayed by your suspicions and prejudices, and your real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance you have for others.

I'm greatful for the help you and others give on this thread. I just learnt today (after doing pigsback for 3 month) that all the new competitions and stuff was shown on the first page
I wouldn't worrie to much. so far 23 people has thanked you for what you posted today. Just shows that not all of us notice everything that has been previously posted, even though I check this post several times a day.0
