    I have already spoke to vanquis to see why my balance transfer had not gone through they said they don't normally do balance transfers but they will take payments..... but this would class as a cash transaction on my card!

    That could actually work out better for you though. If you have a 0% card for purchases you wouldn't have to pay a Balance Transfer fee. Unless your new card provider has problems with that.
  • unfortunatly the 0% is only for balance transfers.
