I'm quite tempted with the food diary thing as I always think I've never eaten anything! Might try it for a week or two. Think you'd have to record it as soon as done eating otherwise I'd forget. Would be interested to see how much water I drink too as I don't think I drink enough

she forgot her words tried to carry on and then lost it again and was just standing there not knowing what to do then her mum and amanda went over to the bottom of the stage and they stopped it and said no time to do it again and she cried and simon said they would find time

think they perhaps should have two lots as in 'under 14 yrs' & over agree don't think they should let her have another go though, doesn't seem fair to the other young ones
