Right then, starting Monday, no more sugary foods like chocolate, cake, sweets etc. Monday is a good day to start, you're right (and I know my sister has baked a cake this evening to bring to our bbq tomottor :rolleyes:). If I feel like I need a snack I'll get a glass of water and have that instead, and I'll also make sure I've got plenty of fruit and nuts etc to keep me going. I don't eat much bread anyway but do enjoy my pasta not sure if I could cut that out to be honest.

there is loads of carp in my house, dh bought pork pies, mini quiches, chocolate, he keeps asking if want any, he gets miffed when i say no:rotfl:they had banoffee cheesecake for tea tonight, i didnt:D0
