Click on the link that Martin posted 3 posts back and look at the table that eventually opens.

    Uk is in Zone 1

    Zone 2 is
Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Spain (including Balearics), Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine,Yugoslavia.

Then if you READ the page you'll find it will 'cost' 20,000 miles to fly between the two zones (+taxes of course)

To fly to these destinations you will probably have to ring up and book.
You can now spend your miles on bmi flights online. To do so simply sign into your account and view the "spend miles online" area. Or simply call the diamond club blue card line on 0870 606 9977 8am-8pm Monday to Friday or 9am-6pm on Saturdays. In addition, you can spend your miles with any Star Alliance member airline by calling the diamond club priority reservations line.
  • Hi,

OK, I tried phoning (a geographic alternative number) and via the Star Alliance web site, and could not find a direct flight to Moscow or Istanbul from London. If anyone else has more luck, please let me know!

    Thanks,
    Keith.

I applied for the BMI credit card (for the free airmiles) via the link provided on the site. i just received the card, but there is no indication of free airmiles. i logged onto BMI and entered the numerical password ( as given in the literature with the card) and it says there, that i have no airmiles. Have i recieved the wrong type of card ?? ( i realise one card has no free airmiles). i did follow the link however.thanks

    Thanks kkp6.

I just logged on to report this offer. I think 7000 points is £35 in groceries from Sainsbury's: hope so, anyway.

    http://www.nectar.com/dynamic/estores/retailer/americanexpress

"7,000 Nectar bonus points when you apply for the Card through Nectar eStores and use your Card for the first time*

That's 6,000 points from Nectar and a further 1,000 points from American Express when you use your card for the first time

    No annual fee

  • Hello everyone,
This is my first post so I hope I'm doing it right !
Just been reading Martin's article on Freebies & I liked the look of the £20 lastminute.com credit card voucher. However, when I clicked on the link the lastminute.com website said it couldn't find the page. Just wondering if this offer has now expired or am I doing something wrong ??
    Grateful for any info.
    Thank you

Hi, regarding the Amazon credit card - do I need to spend £1500 to get a £15 voucher?

'When you have earned 1500 points, you will receive a £15 Amazon gift certificate to spend at Amazon.co.uk.'

Doesn't seem that good an offer, or am I missing something?
