Are you a member of any of the cashback/voucher sites ?
I get the same feelings of demotivation so I save my vouchers & have a splurge in Boots or a couple of books from Amazon if i'm feeling depressed-ok,i could use the vouchers for other things but this way i feel i've had a treat without spending any money
Sending for freebies has the same effect as another poster mentioned
