How come I'm not able to post links in my posts, the reason I get for this is 'You are a new member'.. but look at my join date
Also, if this is in the wrong place please move it, I looked but I couldn't find anywhere relevent to put this.

there's a qualifying number of posts before you can post links

I think it goes on the number of post counts not start date, as under your name it has "moneysaving newbie", when you go past a certain number of posts that changes and you should be able to post links - you'll just have to post more on the forums.0

Anybody have any idea what the post count needed is? I've read through the rules and FAQ's and can't find anything.16 year old moneysaver :beer:0

Keep talking to us, you'll soon get your postcount up!
Oh, and the most appropriate area for this would have been the Site Feedback section. Just so as you know for next time!!!:D

OK thanks alot Tigster, I'm usually pretty active on whatever forums I sign up on anyway.
The reason I ask is because I have about 60 different freebie offers that haven't been posted on this forum yet and am quite keen to get involved16 year old moneysaver :beer:0 -
It's a very new restriction introduced by Admin because we had nasty spammers re-registering as soon as they were banned, posting vile links. Sometimes the same spammer would come back three or four time in one day, thus causing unnecessary work for Admin.
Shame that genuine newbies have to be so treated, but there seemed to be no other way to get rid of some unpleasant stuff.Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0
