Bravobeastie - love the cake, especially the 2nd blanket down - is it white with circles on it? Your bear is lovely too.

Can anyone recommend any online suppliers of good quality silk flowers suitable for sock bouquets? Not too expensive though;)

I have looked locally and they are all poor quality.

    Anyone ?......please

If you have a Poundland, buy a bunch of flowers and cut off the leaves, they are ok and work out cheaper than buying leaves.

I got mine from a local wholesalers in bridal craft section - they suppose to be in bunches for card embellishment

I have found this website, the Mini Stemmed Satin Roses look the same as mine.

Edit - Sorry - just re-read your post - I also got my leaves from a local wholesalers, They are green satin and come in packs of 36 for 79p

Double Edit - I've found this website for leaves that look the same my as mine (In fact mine came in a pack of 3 x 12 and I think that this is one of the 12)

The leaves I have are really small - I don't think that I'll be buying them again as they could do with being an extra half an inch ,they're ok for on a cake but I think they'ds be too small for a bouquet.

I can't do sock cupcakes either, i would of thought they would be easier than 3 tier cakes but ive not found so!

I brought some growbags/sleep bags from primark and do worry about people not being happy with them because of where they are from :-/ Ive not done a design with them yet as they arent big enough for a bottom tier and too bulky for a middle ones, has anyone used them in a design?

Most of my stuff is from asda because i just really like it, ive not felt the john lewis blanket that i saw on their site for £10 but i actually preffered the £3 asda one. I do worry about a primark "stigma" with my sleep bags i brought and would hate to loose repeat custom over that.

For those making bandana bibs, where do you get your bandans from? If they are normal sized ones i was wondering if you had any spare please for a 13 year old girl called Alice, she gave away all her bandans when she thought she had finished chemo for good but turned out she needed more treatment so lost her hair a second time and doesnt have very many bandanas/scarves/hats. Thank you,
