I am new to this, I actually make wedding/party favours etc and have an online/local fairtrade accessories business too. I recently had a request from a lay that works with my mum for a hamper for her grandson due September I think. At first I wasn't sure as I have a new baby myself and hadn't done anything like it before, anyway thanks to all you lovely ladies you gave me the inspiration to have a go at making a nappy cake after speaking with the lady that ordered it she was happy for me to make one and wasn't bothered what went into it she gave me a budget of £45. So anyway had a go I will try and post a pic now, please be gentle with me and let me know what you all think.
Thanks
Carly

Hi everyone! Not been on here for a while - loads of new people!
I have just sold a couple of "Luxery" Cakes, Below!
Customer wanted a "Neutral" one so I did a choice and luckily I sold the other one too.
Everyone seems to want creamy Unisex cakes but because I put sleepsuits on the outside and like to match them up with the toys, I'm having real problems finding ones that arn't just for boys.
Anyway, got some great bargains in the Next Sale - has anyone got any good buys? P.S. Have you seen the lovely Towelling Wraps in Primark? £6 though! Everything seems to have gone up even the normal blankets are now £3.50.0 -
Whoops!!!
Still can't fatham out how to post 2 pics together! Here is other one.0 -

WOW, i love both! Can i ask where you got the elephant from please? Not thati need any more toys, ive got a bit carried away ordering things lately.
talking of toys, i brought some lovely cuddly toys online, they arrived this week but say only suitable from ages 3 so im not sure what to do. put them on with a note saying "for when baby is older", use then only for cakes for older kids (which im planning to do soon although i dont have anyone who has ordered one) or if i do a stall try to sell them by themselves. Anyone have any advice?Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card
