Does anyone else feel sometimes it's really not worth all the effort. I'm feeling really fed up today. Did an awfully attended craft fair, I actually left early which I have never done before as I think it rude but there was about 20 people through the door in 3 hours!

I know the feeling, I did one a couple of weeks ago which was very expensive to attend and you had to donate a % of your takings but I thought as it was being organised by a national charity, at a private school in a nice area it would be worth the outlay - joke. Very few people turned up, those who did were mostly in their 60's+ and I bet families turned away at the door when they saw the entrance fee. £3 per adult £2 per child. That does not make for a cheap day out!
  • Some organisers have no idea! We are in a recession!! Most I go to you have to pay for your table, yesterday it was only £10, I wish they had charged more and spent some more on advertising, it was at a holiday park and there weren't even any banners on their signs on the road. I think they saw it as easy money, there were about 25 stalls, that's £250 for them. Never mind, won't be going there again! I want to organise my own but having organised other events for school etc it's a lot of work, will get christmas out the way first!!

    Thanks lizalloareds!
They are gorgeous blankets from Matalan £5. They are furry on the main side and are fleece on the other side. Really good value for quality.
