Kate's Tresures, I need to sort my insurance out too. I did a quote through a broker called simply business last night but the same problem arose, no correct catagory, so I have e-mailed them explaining what I do, i will let you know their response. There is also a company called GM Lumber which might be worth a look.

Lovely 1 tiers moonpenny, the blankets look very snuggly!

I sold 6 cakes last week and another 1 this week, just through word of mouth so really pleased. Hopefully my website will be up and running finally next week, fingers crossed. Then time to do some proper marketing. I have had leaflets printed which look great but haven't deleivered any yet as no one can look at the website which if it was me would be the first thing to do!

    Happy baking everyone xx

    Thanks Giggle and natnat13

The bears were from Clintons in the Sale. "Forever Friends" I got a load really cheap but they all had blue ribbons so I just changed them.

natnat13, Can I ask about you getting leaflets printed. Who was the printer? and was it a difficult process with all the techi stuff about photo dpi etc. I don't have a great camera and wondered, is it possible to sort all the stuff out yourself or get a photographer and /or designer to do the job?
    Sorry for all the questions!

    Hi Moonpenny
I have been very lucky, a mum at school did my photos FOC :) And my neighbours daughter works for a local printing company so she did all the design for me for £30 and the got them printed which I obviously had to pay for. Maybe find a local printers to you and see what kind of design service they do. I literally e-mailed photos and wording and told her the colour scheme and she did the rest. I proofed it first and it was all really quick. I have taken photos myself since as well after watching the professional at work, if they're digital you can change the brightness etc on the computer! Hope that helps x

I'm not meant to be spending anything until I've used up what I've got. Whoops, I went to order £3 worth of stuff and spent over £100 !
