I just got mine through after a 12 week wait and no acknowledgement letter#1200 - Sealed Pot challenge £1263/£300

Duplicating an answer to another thread here now but since this was my thread I'll repeat it here again to anyone following it LOL
I am now in a right state. I looked up the forms they sent which said to ring them if I hadnt had acknowledgement letter within 2 weeks. Well technically that's Thursday and there has been a bank holiday but I am comparing with last time when I had the acknowledgement letter within a week ! Also, I sent it recorded delivery and have the proof and know it's been delivered because I tracked it, and the very snotty woman said it 'wasnt on the system' and suggested I rang back in another week !!
If I know they got it on 21st May, ok yes it was a bank holiday but that still leaves 8 working days for it to be put 'ON the system' so now I am in a right state.
Can anyone reassure me here ????0
