Hi guys, Sorry if this sounds too silly, but I'm really not techie minded!! I currently have a sky+ box, but I still have the previous box before I had sky+. My warranty runs out in June and I am not keen on taking out the maintenance insurance. I'd rather pay if and when the box breaks down or see what Sky offer me at the time. However, what I'd like to know is this - would I be able to connect the old sky box to a dual LNB dish to receive the freesat channels which I assume I can still receive with the old box/card. And does it matter which cable I connect to the old box as I currently have 2 coming from the dish not 1 as I used to have with the old box.
Many thanks for your replies - much appreciated.
