Mobileshop.com - too good to be true?

I've been with Orange for quite a few years now, but as I'm coming to the end of my contract, I'm starting to have a look around. Mobileshop.com have a deal on a nokia phone on O2 (no camera etc, but it makes/receives calls!) which gives 250 anytime mins a month + 100 texts for zero monthly line rental (via cashback). Am I missing something (the first 3 months are also double minutes and texts), or is it as good as it seems? I suppose people forget to do the cashback etc, but it seems almost too good to be true. I have 2 mobiles on the same contract for £40 with 400 minutes included....to switch to this would be a reasonable saving.

No you are not missing anything. It is a cashback deal where you send your bills to them in four stages. If you are organised these are great deals and Mobileshop are one of the more established retailers.
I have had five cashback deals (Family) through these and they have always paid up trouble free though they are a bit slow, they keep you informed of everything by email.

I recently had the same deal from them that you are on about with an "O2 Nokia 3120" I sold the phone on eBay for £40 (delivered) as I only wanted the sim, plus I signed up through Quidco so should be getting £25 from them one day

I agree with everything Russ66 says. Mobileshop are fine. I have had many contracts with them over the years and never had a problem.
