I'm a sales executive at a company that publishes magazines. I've started on £18k with the potential to earn £5k in bonus however I've just taken over two magazines by myself which is a lot more work but should mean I get a pay rise in 2 months.

OH is a mechanical engineer for the navy (not IN the navy though) and earns just over £22k before guaranteed OT.

Both of us are 25 (though I'm three months older than him and he will never let me forget it!)

    EDIT:

My quals are BA(Hons) in Journalism (which I do actually get to use quite a lot shockingly, for better money too!)
Benefits are.... free tea and coffee in the kitchen and I get to work in a lovely converted barn in some fields with lovely people :D Mmmm does that count?
