£17500pa 37hrs with performance related pay upto £375 per quarter. O/T £18ph (dont do much though)

I don't think i've even seen jobs with those kind of wages advertised on the job centre website or anything, is there some secret site I don't know of?!
I'm 19 and currently unemployed, my partner, 23, is a lab technician and he brings home about £11k a year.
Varies wildly on location, in general the further north and further outside of cities you go, the less earned. e.g. admin assistants going for £23K based in London, where on outskirts of cities pay £14K.0 -
